Simon and his team have just completed a small remodel to turn my balcony and open study into a bedroom. The team were very careful to cause minimal dust and mess and Dave and Michael were especially careful to always clean up after themselves every day. Gemma in the office communicated really well. Simon came onsite regularly and dealt with all the issues that arose and it was all round pretty stress free. I am so pleased with the final result. I would absolutely recommed Simon and his team. We used Todd to do our renovation of our small ensuite. He was very easy to communicate with during the whole quoting process, provided good advice and was happy to answer queries via email. The whole quoting and design process was very relaxed and easy, we even made a few minor late changes very close to the start that he was happy to accommodate.During the renovation Todd was punctual, polite and very tidy. He kept us up to date of the movements during the week. There was a couple of issues with the wrong stock being delivered by his supplier that he promptly fixed and it did not impact the time frames at all. The other tradesmen he used also had his high standard.He finished the project on time and under budget, his work is a very high quality, the double herringbone tiling looks fantastic.We are very happy with our new ensuite, it has transformed our bedroom/ensuite area and we would recommend Todd and Leeming Renovations.

Todd has worked 2x bathrooms and 1 x laundry in my house. It was in a sad and sorry state - then Todd came in and worked his magic - in the process helping me to heal its soul thus turning it into my home. He is happy to take on any suggestions I may have had - then I trusted him with what works - or doesn't - and he has been right every time. Todd is punctual, neat and tidy whilst working and did a fabulous cleanup when he was finished.I have had quite a few people who saw the house before and after renovation and their reactions have been wow

We highly recommend Slade and SDR renovations. Slade is so easy to work with, was reasonably priced and has an exceptional eye for detail. We had a full kitchen renovation and some work done in our laundry, everything was done on schedule and to the highest of quality.One of the best things are Slade is his client focussed, he worked with us to come up with a design we liked and never put us under any pressure, he was available to take calls and answer questions when we were deciding on colours / tiles etc... he kept us informed about when trades would be on site and how work was progressing and he was continually cleaning. Every day the work area was left clean and tidy which was really important as I was pregnant at the time.We love our kitchen and would definitely use Slade again for future work.

We can’t thank Belinda enough for our recent bathroom renovation. We wanted to a fresh, open and modern design and we were able to achieve this with her advice, guidance and expertise. No question or request was too much of an ask and she was with us every step of the way throughout the process. She was always responsive and easily contactable which is a big plus for us.

We had both of our bathrooms & our kitchen renovated by start2finish renovations. I can't recommend them more highly. We were so happy with the workmanship & professionalism of everyone involved & love the end result. Thank you Start2finish for doing such an amazing job!

The workers from Subiaco Remodeling and Construction were very courteous. They did a perfect job renovating our living room. They even charged me a reasonable price. Remarkable service!

We had Gardy put a roof on our cubby house. He did a fantastic job i couldnt recommend him enough, he takes pride in his work and left the place clean and respectable. Not only that his prices where alot better than alot of the other quotes i got. We liked his work that much we are going to get him to do other jobs around the house. I wouldnt look anywhere else

Simon and his team were marvellous! We are thrilled with the new bathroom, and against all odds with a very old house we were in by Christmas More soon form this team!
