Lux Bathroom Renovations

Superb end to end delivery. After a lot of procrastination and multiple quotes from various renovation companies we eventually choose Lux (nee ASAP plumbing). Whilst not the cheapest they were certainly competitive. What won us over was the level of engagement, planning and communication from Luke, who personally you is through quoting, process and even helped with picking out fixtures and fittings.At a point in time where any form of building or renovation is difficult at best, Luke's prompt communication gave confidence that Lux would be able to deliver.And they did. Two full bathroom renovations and the wider Lux team became near family with daily visits for the best part of 5 weeks.At all times the team were tidy, courteous and spot on with both communication and schedule. We weren't exactly looking forward to the experience of a mid winter bathroom Reno, though the team made it as easy as it could possibly be.They were great with both design suggestions, and happy with the occasional tweak to plans as we developed our own ideas. Every day excited to see what progression the team had made that day.We are all stoked with the finished bathrooms, a full luxury feel (for us anyway). Would happily recommend.

I have used Lux Bathroom Renovations on two separate occasions now.A few years ago, Jason tiled my kitchen. He did an exceptional job and I mentioned I would call him back to do my bathrooms when the time came. He then mentioned he had recently gone into a bathroom renovation business with another guy and asked if he could quote me when the time came.When the time did come to renovate the family bathroom and laundry, I contacted Lux. Luke and Jason. came out to discuss how I could maximise the space (both rooms were quite small) and discuss design. Once we agreed on the design a few days later I received the quote.At the time I chose a medium budget quote. The way it works is every aspect of the renovation is itemised with a cost assigned to it. This way when you go shopping for hardware etc you know what your budget is for each item. You of course can go over or under that budget. At the end if you are under in total you will pay a lesser amount or if over you pay the overruns. Included in the budget is a program with a timeline. For both bathroom renovations were completed on time.Jason and Luke made themselves available to assist me with the choosing of my tiles and hardware. Luke met me at Parkwood Plumbing. This assisted me greatly as I could ask him questions as I was choosing the items. As a plumber this made a huge differenceAll the trades were wonderful and I felt safe at all times with them. I even gave them my house keys so they could come and go without me being there. All trades were clean and tidy. I got on so well with all the guys I actually enjoyed them being in the house! Jason or Luke came out everyday to inspect the work and make sure I was happy with everything. I was involved in every step and even made some changes as the renovation was happening without any problems.While they were renovating my family bathroom/laundry we started discussing my master bathroom and I ended up booking that in for a few weeks down the track.I have to be 100% confident if I recommend trades to friends. So far, I have recommended Lux to 4 of my friends. One has already had her bathroom done and is so happy and another friend is having her bathroom renovated next month.Don’t go with anyone else! These guys are the best!

We waited a number of years before embarking on our renovation . I'm so glad we found Lux referred through our plumber ASAP Plumbing and Gas. The process was coordinated for us from knowing we would have an initial consultation which was great as the team offered us suggestions we hadn't had experience about to even think was possible. The Reno is amazing, they worked to a schedule, left the area spotless each day and the quality of the fixtures and craftsmanship will mean our home will remain very functional, comfortable and a valuable assett to our home.

Fantastic service from the start of the renovations to the finish. We now have a new laundry, toilet and bathroom which look fabulous.
